By concentrating for 1 minute, the wearer can manipulate up to 50 gallons of water within a 30-foot radius as long as it is within line of sight. The liquid can be moved, shaped into simple forms (walls, spheres, etc.), or directed with very basic commands. Movement is slow, up to 5 feet per round. This control lasts up to 5 minutes but can be interrupted if the wearer takes damage. The water can also be used to partially obscure a 10-foot area, creating heavy mist, providing 1/2 cover. Once used, this feature cannot be used again until after a short rest.

The Tidebinder Amulet is unlike any other trinket from the ocean depths. Its core is formed from a swirling mass of fossilized coral wrapped tightly with translucent, preserved tendrils from a kraken. The amulet's surface constantly shifts, mimicking the riffling of the sea's surface at dusk, while its deep green hue seems to undulate softly like the pull of an elusive current. Small aquamarine stones are embedded around the rim, catching and refracting light in watery, fragmented colors.
