Herbal Concoctions
Herbal concoctions are poultices or salves created from very simple herb mixtures. They take 30 minutes to make and are effective for 24 hours after creation.
Antitoxin
A creature that drinks this vial of liquid gains advantage on saving throws against poison for 1 hour.
Materials: Lady's Virtue
Instructions: Mix dried and powdered Lady's Virtue with a vile of water, shake well.

Darkvision
When you drink this concoction, you gain darkvision for 4 hours.
Materials: Monkshood
Instructions: Mix crushed monkshood with animal fat. To use, spread the salve under each eye.

Focus
When you drink this concoction, you gain advantage on Constitution saving throws to maintain concentration for 1 hour.
Materials: Stormvine
Instructions: Mix the crushed thorns of the stormvine with a vile of oil.

Nourishment
When you drink this concoction, you suffer no exhaustion at the end of the day from a lack of food or water.
Materials: Blood Cactus, Stormvine
Instructions: Mix the cactus fruit and the stormvine with animal fat.

Potions
Potions are more complex than herbal concoctions. They generally take longer to brew and are stable until used.
Potion of Fire Breath
After drinking this potion, you can use a bonus action to exhale fire at a target within 30 feet of you. The target must make a DC 13 Dexterity saving throw, taking 4d6 fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. The effect ends after you exhale the fire three times or when 1 hour has passed. This potion's orange liquid flickers, and smoke fills the top of the container and wafts out whenever it is opened.

When you drink this potion, your Strength score changes to 21 for 1 hour. The potion has no effect on you if your Strength is equal to or greater than that score.

Time Warp
Renders the user so fast that it creates an appearance of bending time. The creature who drinks this makes two initiative rolls and acts during both initative counts for 1 minute. Outside of combat, this potion has an equivalent effect.
Side effects: poisoning. At the end of the duration, the creature who drank this must make a DC20 constitution saving throw. On a success, no side effects, on a failure, the creature takes 4d6 poison damage.
