General Tasker S. Sherman

Description:

Stands at a tall 6'4, with a slim build that has seen better days. Both from injuries and declining health. His short black hair has many strands that have turned gray and faded blue irises. His complexion indicates he hasn't seen the sun in days. His face, covered in stubble almost always, is constantly seen with an expression of displeasure, his eyes are a constant glare, and his posture is almost always threatening. Especially with him nearly always having a lit cigar sticking out of his mouth. His favorite choice of wardrobe is heavy, full-body, carbon-fiber armor, with two advanced pistols in holsters at his hip, specially designed for him. In his hands he carries a hand-held railgun, requiring a large amount of strength to wield and he holds in a clearly seen position as leverage to other people.

History:

Tasker though born and almost immediately orphaned was cared for by his parent's village, Salus. He eventually met a girl named Fritz Alledria. The two grew close together, eventually becoming a couple. He went through a rough period when Fritz Alledria moved away with her family when she was much older, or when Tasker was thirty-four years old. The two parted ways with a promise to protect the other. Soon after, Tasker was recruited to the Celestial Lumanine having met William Anderson personally. Tasker server with William for many years, and from his excursions across the world to fight in battlefields, Tasker learned of the death of his loved one, but he did not discover how it happened. He ascended and became the G-Corps Head General, leading many dozens of missions and became renowned for his brutal yet effective tactics in battle, as seen when he tried to recruit Colton in 4616.

Personality:

He experienced a good upbringing, becoming a well-rounded member of society who fought for the good of the world, but wanting a peaceful life for himself and everyone around him. Overcome by grief of his loss, and guilt of his broken promise after Fritz Alledria passed away, and many people in his hometown Salus, having still been recovering from the siege on their city, were stuck by a famine and perished due to starvation, Tasker became a hardened man, cold to those around him, and scorning close relationships during wartime. His personality is now unlikable, with many people avoiding him due to his harsh nature. He constantly points out the weakness of others, and scorns them if they don't immediately overcome them, seeing it as a reminder of weakness that caused the death of his loved one. He focuses merely on survival of himself and 'the greater good', often times sacrificing lesser beings for himself.

Caliber:

Though he was not born or displayed any Calibers in his youth, after his extreme loss, Tasker developed a very unique Caliber that is quite powerful, though it takes a huge amount of energy and requires the help of technology.
Misery Madness
By summoning the deepest amounts of his misery, combining it with his energy, and attaching his special-made pistol to his wrists, he can create powerful energy weapons from his wrists that can take a couple different shapes (IE, blades, chainsaws, whips, shield, and gauntlets). The pure energy are super hot and melt/cut through most materials. However, the more damage/pain Tasker takes, the more powerful his wrist weapons become. Going so far as him being able to create  weapons that can create a storm of blades, indestructible shields, or blades that can cut through even the toughest, thickest materials. Should he die while this Caliber is active, given a single minute, all the energy will be released in its pure form in a large explosion, almost guaranteeing to kill/destroy everything within its radius.

Age: 43

Born in 4575, on May 4th. Fritz Alledria had said his birthday in May was an explanation for his caring and 'beautiful' nature. But after his loss, Dmitry Hascovia began stating that Tasker's nature was the same as the weather of his birth month: dreary and constantly ruining peoples day.
Despite his old age, Tasker is quite formidable and strong, able to take a lot of hits and deal powerful blows.

Quirk:

One would not assume this of him due to his harsh nature, but Tasker does enjoy farming, admiring flowers and art quite a bit. He keeps this part of him locked away to make himself tougher and more unbreakable. But during his emotional states, it comes out. William is aware of all of this and on Tasker and Fritz Alledria's anniversary, William sends Tasker a dozen Golden-Rayed Lilies, which was Fritz Alledria's favorite flower. With all the flowers he receives, Tasker has planted them around the memorial monolith at Magna Arbor into large flower fields. The island in the spring and autumn becomes an amazing sight, especially from the main castle at Magna Arbor.

Relationship:

The only relationship Tasker has ever had, was with Fritz Alledria. The two were defined as 'that couple', who seemed born for each other. They grew very close, so much so that they promised to protect one another. They had planned to move to stor gård and start a peaceful family life, as Tasker was more familiar with cultivation of crops. Following her moving away with her family, her mysterious death, and the death of the rest if Tasker's close ones, Tasker set about and erected a small memorial monolith for them on the smaller of the Twin Sisters, at Magna Arbor.
Though Tasker was very close to Fritz Alledria, he is less kind to Lily Scientia Alledria, due to her reminding him too much of Fritz Alledria. Though, later on, Tasker apologizes and gives his life to protect Lily Scientia Alledria, to (as he sees it) keep his promise to Fritz Alledria to protect her and her family.

Hobby:

Despite his harsh personality, and partially due to his grief, he enjoys writing, composing, and playing music. He's written many pieces and has learned many instruments. He is a master at the piano and plays many pieces in memory of his lost loved one. Only William knows of his hobby, due to Tasker keeping it a secret, wanting to keep the kind side of himself locked away. His greatest piece is his favorite one, 'capturing perfectly the ever bleeding heart of a love stolen away' as he describes it. Should any disturb his piano playing, he will not be happy with that individual for a long time. During his piano playing, he often grieves the death of Fritz Alledria, resulting in him being very emotional with plenty of tears shed.
