Boomstad
Boomstad was once a small village whose name is lost to history. The lord of the village was a wizard who after losing the love of his life went mad. He began to experiment on bringing her back through necromancy and eventually slaughtered the entire village in a ritual that ultimately failed. Instead he created a massive necrocraft beast that he locked in the basement of his manor. Eventually his madness full consumed him and he took his life, transforming his spirit into a Alip and his body into a Lovelorn.
The ruins of the village was discovered hundreds of years later by Kheldar, Stig, Virion and Zhera who cleansed the estate of the many undead and defeated the necrocraft beast. As reward for their success with defending Amersfort, they were gifted the estate and left in charge of the land to rebuild the village. Naming the new village Boomstad, the group elect Kheldar as lord and began to revitalize the land.

Boomstad is ruled over by Kheldar, the reluctant lord of the area.
