The re forming of government

Started 140 years ago by azrael where the knights of the broken blade parade through the street once a year when the king reforms the government while during the war it did not happen it has happened almost every years since

Execution

The king walks down to the portal entrance when the horn sounds the banner barer followed by the rest of the order until the lord protector walks out at which point the march stops and the king will meet him after that the rest of the new government walks out of the portal and then they march back to aldurkh and walk in and sit for the first session
