Lord Wallester Thomas Samuel Ruptcy (a.k.a. Tommy, Bank)

Thomas Ruptcy, otherwise known as The River Road's Flayer, is a nobleman within the Kingdom of Morne, a member of the esteemed Ruptcy family line, and a serial killer operating within the long stretch of the River Road in the city of Eva Morne. Suffering from a debilitating affliction that causes him to have a second personality, Thomas must deal with his other self whom he calls "Mr. Banks", an obsessive and malicious killer and sadist who tortures his victims within one of the Ruptcy Wine Warehouses. As of recent, Thomas has made a pact with "Mr. Banks" in the hopes that he can use his affliction for good, killing and torturing those who deserve it rather than innocent people who have no reason to suffer. However, Banks' bloodlust cannot be restricted to just one line of morality.

Thomas was born to Mara and Howardt Ruptcy within the Ruptcy Estate, alongside an older sister named Emma who died in her youth due to being kidnapped and sacrificed by cultists. Seeing her body is believed to be what contributed to his psychotic break, through he and Bank share many theories on his alter egos origin, such as an essence of the demon she was sacrificed to crawling to infuse itself within him.
