The Ushers

"Those Who Usher On The Shades", otherwise known as The Ushers, is an ancient organization dedicated to the study, exploitation, and hunting of supernatural creatures. They are dedicated to the use and mastery of darker magics for the protection of mortal life from malevolent practitioners of the same powers, primarily users of necromancy, blood magic, and enslavement or absorption of souls. They also practice the cleansing of corrupted souls and the performing of funerary rites to put people to rest.
