Cradle Rock

Cradle Rock is the massive mountain peak that houses and protects the dwarven kingdom of Thor Bardam.

Geography

The Mountain is carved in a way very similar to a tidal wave, with the rocks at the highest point slightly cresting over the rest of its concave form. Within this curve resides the great dwarven fortress city of Thor Bardam, whose structures and walls run the whole length from the top to the base of the mountain. At the very top of the mountain sits the great site of the Dresden's Pride, where one can look over all of the kingdom's various lands and even view the other continents, without dealing with the harsh winds or snowfall of other mountains. Usually, big announcements or reveals are made here, including King's Moots when the king dies without an heir or appointed replacement.
