Aldria

Aldria, the World of Elves and Men, also the center of the physical plane. A place separated from the chaotic forces of magic that exists outside of the material plane, going into the Aetherial plane. This is also called "The Hub, The Garden of Elves, Land of Inca and Nira, The Golden Lands in Shadow". The main stage where the forces of good and evil battle out in a world surrounded by the chaos coming from all corners of the world. No mortal ever forgets where they came from, but with the numerous conflicts that occurred in Elven and Human records; it is apparent that history long forgets the long centuries and millenniums of conflict that stretched the entirety of the world into a center point to focus on. In the old days, Elf and Man fought sight by side against evil forces, but those days are long erased from the marks of history.   As a planet, Aldria has a variety of locations and climates depending on the region that some inhabitants are in. On the northern half of Aldria, the further north one goes the colder and temperate the locations normally become. However, the further closer one goes to the middle of the continents, the warming it becomes. Flora and Fauna grow and shape the landscapes to particular distinct regions known as The 5 Realms. These realms being: Ryn-Molage, Ryn-Nen, Bale-Nyn, Ryn-Morag, Ryn-Gelt (Fire/Sand Region, Ocean Region, Mountain Region, Forest Region, Metal Region)   For the span of recorded history and about as recent as of the 16th century of the Dark Era, the world has been in strife as chaos roams the lands. Houses of Elves clash at each other's throats and the World of Men will slowly remerge it's way back into the scenery. This is Aldria, the New World.
