The World of Dreams

Outside of the Material realm, there is a mirror of our world in Kalash, the world of dreams. Few can actually intentionally enter the World of dreams without a magic focus to do so.
Kalashtar are the only race of beings known to all be able to universally access this realm.
In Kalash, you retain your physical prowess and abilities, however the true strength of those in Kalash is their ability to make their thoughts reality. This is a hard process that few can master, even the Kalashtar

Manifestation

Kalash appears much like the material with some notable exceptions. The more sedentary and permanent an object is within the material plane, the more permanent it is in Kalash. This means that buildings and natural formations such as mountains and rivers are often exactly as they appear in the physical realm, whereas papers, tools, weapons, and other loose items often flicker in and out of existence in Kalash.
One's ability to control their surroundings in Kalash is dependent on their ability to will their understanding of the world into reality. Put simply, if you believe with enough conviction, it becomes reality. Though simple in theory, this is a very difficult task to manage consistently.
