The ring, the hat, the scepter, the coin, and the pot of gold
Although Lucky the Gnome Leprechaun believes these to be parts of some mystical device to save the world, they are actually the keys to locating and accessing the quantum quarry. The silver coin combines with the pot of gold to create the silver scrying pot to view the quantum quarry (and thus hold it in place). The scepter unlocks the gate. The ring and the hat work together to locate the quarry (how? TBD some sort of compas).
They are only fully on when powered by the lightning rod, which has been broken. To get it to work, you need Eknar, the Gnomish wizard (NAME?), and the fragments of the rod which are in the monster created by Zook/Roondar parents. Buckleborn: Gnomish home village

Powers:

• pot of gold: Hives out random gold pieces that can be tracked by the hat
• Ring: Teleport to random location nearby. Can attune to control how far.
• Hat: Makes quantum “magic” visible
• Scepter: Empower a spell or ability in a random way
• Coin: Flip it to change the world state slightly: choose a random effect from a table. On a 01, darkest timeline
• Hat + ring: Teleport to a controlled location that you can see using the quantum effects from the hat.
• Hat + pot: See quantum locations of gold pieces wherever they are
• Mix and match: Effect the mind
