Brightfall Alliance

The Brightfall Alliance is composed of both Halflings and Gnomes working in tandem in order to make living on Volantis feasible. Gnomes tend to keep to their underground work as well as working with airships while Halflings deal with conditions above ground like keeping up with the cities and dealing with foreigners.
