Weapon Kata (Pun Gung Bi)

This weapon kata provide proficiency for 1 very specific tool, the Pun Gung Bi. Pun Gung Bi are rings worn by the martial artist that have small, arrow tipped protrusions allowing for the practioner to pierece their opponent as well as land an unarmed strike. Pun Gung Bi do not confer the status or "armed" for the martial artist - they are too small and delicate to provied any real protection from weapons, however, they do confer additonal damage for certain strikes.

When a succcessful Backhand or Knife Hand attack is made, the martial artist must make a Dexterity check. If successful, the Pun Gung Bi add d4 pts. of damage to the attack.​
