Warrior Spirit (Debana-OKujiki Kata)

This is known in Japan as the ‘unnerve at the outset’ kata. The idea is to win the fight by ‘psyching’ out the opponent. Character may move 5’, but only toward opponent. Requires 1 round with no other action. Opposing charisma checks are made, the loser has a -4 penalty to A.C. and ‘to hit’ against the opponent Character receives a +3 Cha. While this power is in use.​
