Sword Drawing Art (Iai-Jutsu)

Samurai training which allows for quick action. This power is taken for a specific weapon with which the character is trained (proficient). The martial artist may reduce the speed factor of the weapon by 1 with an additional reduction of 1 per 3 levels. The speed factor of the weapon may never be reduced past 0. for this reduction to be in effect, a successful Wisdom check must be made for each round that you use this power (this is the martial artist assessing and acting upon the patterns and routines of their opponent and acting to cutoff their attacks).
