Effect

​This weapon can store and channel PSP. It can store up to 10% of the wielder's PSPs. These PSPs can be drawn from/given to the weapon wheneve rit is wielded as long as the wielder has the PSP's to give. The weapon can also channel touch related psionics. Additionally, the wielder can use all PSPs that are in the weapon to make it a "magical weapon" for 1 turn (it can meet the "+X to hit required" for any creature, however, it does not get the same bonus to attack, damage, or anything else).​
