Mudra for the Deflection of Positive Chi

Chi Feng Yin

This Mudra allows the practioner to stop chi/PSP from regenrating for any creatures within 100 ft. (who are also visible). The practioner may block more than one target; however, a constitution check must be made each round with a -1 to a -5 penalty for each affected creature depending on size/natural psychic skill.
