This ability brings all beings within area of effect into a calmed state.
Stops all opponents from attack, neutralizes any spell (or spell like effect) that causes hysteria or fear.
Lasts for 3 rounds.
60’ radius range (all affected).
Save vs. MA’s Charisma (under = calmed). Cancelled if MA attacks.
Requires 1 full round (saves are made at the end of the round).
