LJT-CP is a major industry in Locjanian stations, keeping people employed and clothed. Any Locjanian you meet, even the outcasts, is likely to be wearing at least a shirt made of this polymer.

Comes in a variety of colours, but is usually in pale colours with a slight texture like woven wicker.

Physical & Chemical Properties

When running it is often slightly warm to the touch. Also gives off a slight smell of ozone. The most important part is the high conductance ability.

Life & Expiration

Clothing made of this tends to last around 10 years, a surprising length of time. Clothes usually have a thin inner layer akin to silk which protects the LJT-CP from the worst of the wear.

Discovery

It was discovered soon after the destruction of Locz, when researchers were focusing on recyclability and efficient energy.

Everyday use

The majority of clothing worn by Locjanians is made from this material, with the only exceptions being formal wear.

Cultural Significance and Usage

LJT-CP has become integral to Locjanian culture as a way to display the switch between using Hidden. The old, clunkier necklace symbols used have been put mostly out of use, though they can still be found in some places.

The polymer is created by the careful weaving of various fibres together. This has to be done by hand, or by very advanced robots.

Essentially all clothes are made from this. It gathers energy from an individuals' movement and the light around them and uses it in various ways depending on the clothes. Most simple clothing has two main functions; charging of items in pockets, and display of symbols to denote usage of Hidden. More complex uses primarily include aesthetics such as shifting patterns or colours on clothing.
