Rye
Source Water from Fall Mountain
Oak Leaves

Brewing process

Let the rye soak in the water until it ferments and is completely dissolved, once it is put oak leaves in while making it brew on a light fire for 24 hours.
After the initial 24 hour brewing remove the leaves and make the mixture boil for an additional 48 hours and collect the evaporated essence in a separated container. Let the mixture rest for a day before re brewing it for an additional 10 hours collecting that essence in a container for storage, preferably a oak barrel.
Once barreled let it rest for 1 week before bottling and selling.
