Guild of Prudence

The Guild of Prudence refers to a sect of the clockmakers concerned with the organization and maintenance of the guild's assets. This includes land, resources, and money. They are often referred to as 'glorified treasurers', and seen by many as inherently corrupt. The reality is they are not more or less corrupt than any other sect, but given their control over money their scandals tend to be the most broadcasted.
A typical village guild will have two or three clockmakers from the Prudence sect, with some working closely with the Clockmakers and others working closely with the village itself. This number can increase or decrease depending on the area. Generally excluding cities such as Beltane and Blaec Gheal, the more north you travel, the less there will be.
