Eleri

Eleri was an Ankou scientist and one of the founding members of the Clockmakers. She was the Cardinal of Benzoin, and controlled all research related to this. She and her husband Percy, a metallurgist from Ys, developed Phenol. After being defrocked and charged with heresay, she fled with her followers to the Salt Path with the help of Sheena.
