Race and age:

Quick introduction: Who is this character as a whole, use this to remind yourself who this person it if you dont remember them

Personality: How does this person act around other people and what kind of person are they

Looks: What does this person look like and what do they wear

Motive: What do they want as an NPC to accomplish and how do they wanna go about it

Quirk: What makes this person unique and memorable for the players

(Background) Not always neccesarry but what has this person gone through in their life and what effect does that have on the person now
