Julius is a very energitic person who loves taking the piss out of everyone and making a fool out of people who in his eyes have too big of an ego, he is touchy and not afraid to cross your personal space and has no regard to your social status Motive: What do they want as an NPC to accomplish and how do they wanna go about it
Julius wants to become an adventurer and is trying to earn the favor of a lot of adventures by being a receptionist to get some training from some of them and taking the test again. Quirk: What makes this person unique and memorable for the players
Julius will always look for an excuse to talk shit about Julie and pull stupid little pranks and the adventures who come in especially those who think highly of themselves (Background) Not always neccesarry but what has this person gone through in their life and what effect does that have on the person now.
Julius along with Julie have in the past tried to pass the test to become an adventurer multiple times but failed repeatedly for 2 years before realizing the result wasnt gonna change, so instead they planned to become receptionist and gain the favor adventures to ask for training until they were strong enough to join the adventures guild
