Folkar city
Folkar is an isolated underwater city located in a big area of water underneath the Waterlands but has caves that connect to the ocean. The city is built in a underwater crater and is surrounded by high walls on all sides that serves as natural defense.
The city is home to a diverse population of amphibious races, including Merfolk, Tritons, Locathah, Sea elves and Skum. Each race has their own way of living and culture, but they all live in harmony and are governed by a council of representatives chosen by the people of each race.
The city's architecture consist of dome-shaped buildings acting as housing for everything that is not submerged in water. These domes include schools, public spaces, housing for the citizens, and law enforcement. The domes are spaced a bit apart, with canals connecting them, allowing for creatures to either take a boat or swim between them.
The city's economy is based on bartering goods and services, the inhabitants are skilled and self-sufficient, relying on their skills and natural resources to create their own goods. The sea lions breeding and farming are a major source of food and other products such as oil.
The city is surrounded by hostile aquatic races, Sahuagin and Kuo-toa, who are a constant threat to the city. The Sahuagin raid the city's outposts and breeding places, while the Kuo-toa's homes, which are organic pods that naturally form in the ocean, float around and when they get close to the city they will protect them and be very aggressive.
Overall, Folkar is a unique and interesting underwater city that offers a rich setting for adventure and exploration.
