Dr. Hillers lab
Sewer entrance: Long dark emtpy hallway with a thin layer of dust on the ground.
In the middle of the hallway some 10x10 feet of the ground is replaced by and illusion spell making it a pitfall.
If players are looking for traps they can make a DC 14 investigation check so see the illusion.
If the players fall they will fall 20 feet making it 2d6 bludgening damage.
The walls in the pit are slippery and impossible to climb without help
Main storage area:
The main storage are consists of a bunch of random objects, statues and broken ceramics.
A single magical statue is inside the room and standing in front it looking it in the eyes will cause it to cast burning hands in front of it.
Secondary storage area: the secondary storage room is relatively small and just filled with barrels with battle equipment, swords, bows and armour.
An investigation DC 16 to find 2 healing potions
Mimic storage room: The room to the mimic room has a rusty lock on it, easily smashed by DC 10 strengh check.
Inside the room its a lot less crowded that the other side room and 2 chests lie one of them being a mimic the other being a normal chest containing Pipes of the Sewers along with 15 gold pieces and 20 silver
Big Hallway: The big main hallway thats also completely empty except for the lanterns on the ceiling.
The hallway is hella clean and spotless
Morgue: A horrible stink eminates from outside the and its even worse when you open the door.
Rotten corpses and old blood stains litter the room and 3 tables stained red are in the center, on top of one of them lies the corpse of a man.
There is a crate in one of the corners with a Tabaxi child inside whom is breathing softly, she is very hurt and on the verge of death.
Cliffside entrance: Another empty hallway just like the first, one of the stones in the hallway is loose and stepping on it will cast Thunderwave.
The pressure plate can be seen with an DC 16 perception/investigation.
Creature holding area: A big room with hay for floor and with a smell of pee, shit and blood fills the whole room that is also full of a bunch of cages that contains a variety of animals and humanoid.
Dr. Hillers bedroom: This room is the only one with a nice smell to it and a wooden floor thats seemingly heated, books and notes are scattered on the floor and all the tables in the room.
A bed is also at the end of the room.
A series of letters from Letty can be found in the room from someone called "Solomon" as well as letters adressed to Dr. Hiller but not signed from anyone.
Dr. Hillers toilet: Probably the best toilet any of the party have seen but nothing else of worth
Research lab: When entering the room the party will see random medical equipment and a small hallway leading into a big room with tables lined up against the wall that had multiple corpses mangled and wide open kinda like operating tables.
On the right side of the room is cleaning equipment and most notably a magic circle meant for teleportation.
On the left side of the room Dr. hiller is fiddling with a body at an oparating table and in the side room multiple cages with "succesfull experiments" lie
