Adventuring Guild Meetings
The adventuring guild holds meetings every now and again to get an update on whats going on in the world in the guild and in the wild, there are 3 types of different meetings which will be described below.
Voluntary meetings Every 2 weeks a meeting will be held in each of the 3 cities in the grand hall of the adventuring guild where adventures who can and wants to participate can come join. A guild representative will be holding the meetings and the agenda will from the guilds side just be a small update on whats going on in the city, prioritazing of quests and they will take questions from whoever is participating which can be anything.
Mandatory meetings Every 2 months a meeting will be held in Velz where all adventures are strongly advised to participate in the meetings as the meeting will be used to lay a plan for the next few months ahead, the meeting will also be showed at the other guild branches. Markus Rú will be the spokesperson in the meeting and the agenda is about all major event going on in the world and to lay a plan for the following months ahead in terms of what jobs the guild will have thats outside the usual. All guild members will be warned a month, 2 weeks, 1 week, and 2 days before the meeting.
Emergency meetings Every now and again when an emergency arises a meeting will be hold as soon as possible to fight whatever threat has come. These meeting vary a lot depending on the situtation but all adventure guild member will be notified and teleportation circles will be opened for all and the army for the city in danger will likely also be present
