Celest - Goddess of Free-Will

Celest – (CN) The goddess of music, wine, humor, and free-will. Tends to mess with people for the hell of it. Often referred to as the sister of Adriel, or sometimes the same god as Adriel.
Follower Recognition: Depending on the teachings, Celest is sometimes seen as a drunken harlette who goes around to events and gatherings, causing a scene, and watching debauchery ensue. In other regards, she is nothing more than a free-spirited lesser god that enjoys the lighter side of life, or even bestowed it upon mortals to alleviate stress and encourage cooperation. Most event planners and festival hosts honor her in a small way, in dedication to her through a prayer or maybe even a small alter, but otherwise any other major god in which the main honor of the event goes to is featured in the forefront.
Associated Symbols/Customs: Associated symbols for Adriel include alcohol, wine, (party snacks), musical instruments, and general laughter and partying, including fairs and party events, however casual.
