The Moon Eaters
Not much is known about the Moon Eaters beyond their Existence. They have no known organizational structure but do operate toward communal ends. They are in near constant conflict with the Midnight Dawn over control of illicit industries and criminal endeavors throughout Initia.
The truth is that Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx established the Moon Eaters many years ago as a means to achieve his fortune and come to power.They are ruthless and absolutely cunning.
He has been very intelligent with them, prioritizing escape rather than capture or death even at the expense of profit or a stated goal. In this way the Moon Eaters have become more of a rumor than a reality. Many people don't even believe they exist.
The name comes from an expression:
"There is never enough. Even to have consumed the whole world, I then would eat the moon."
