PSAR Portal
The PSAR portal is a fixed portal supposedly capable of teleportating goods and people to any plane in the multiverse when used properly.
After the Portal is connected to the Abyss it becomes a construct with an AC of 13 and 200 HP. Players need to destroy the portal at all costs. Killing it does not send any existing demons back to the Abyss they are there to stay until killed.
It causes a lair action every turn with a roll of d100 to see what happens
1-40: Fear players and NPCs from the whispers and screeches echoing out of the watery surface of the portal.
Saving once makes players immune to its effects.
41-60: A burst of cold happens 30ft around the portal, dealing 2d10 damage.
61-80: Illusion of a characters loved one appears near the portal calling out to them. They must make a DC13 wisdom saving throw or be charmed and go to them, this gets rid of their fear. If they take damage the apparition disappears and they can not be effected by this again.
81-90: Summon a Lesser Imp with 6hp, it deals 2d4+1 piercing dam
age when it attacks something. Otherwise it shares Imp stats.
91-100: Summon an Imp with 3d4+3hp (10hp) resistance to non magical. Bites as an action dealing 1d4+3 piercing damage, DC 10 poison for 3d6 damage (uses all other stats as an Imp)
