General Summary
In Makulu's Arcane University an explosion went off, causing the deaths of 24 students, a professor and an Imperial Inspector. The controversy around the events is that the professor Cedrin Derken, who was attempting to sell illegally created chemical weapons to the empire, the procurement of which was also illegal and against international protocols that the common world have agreed on.
Sergeant Clegane of the MCPD was on beat around the University Alchemica when he heard an explosion, bravely facing the caustic fumes and atmosphere to save a few students before being forced to stop his heroic spree by the equally reactive emergency responders.
