The dapper neighbor of the Scotts Manor. Been part of the Homeowners association for a long time and quite the influence. A good neighbor who doesn't mind the players selling things out of their house and running a speakeasy as long as he can be part of it. Raeselle (Brackens wife) is working with him in order to get permissions to sell and run a speakeasy out of the manor, as well as for the expansions that have been illegally underway in the Manor.
His wife Yavern Wynn, works for the ministry of relations (spies and spy hunting. Has other factions within, also where ambassadors are). She hunts necromancers.
