Sword of Cas

Manufacturing process

Some cultists rave that the weapon blueprint was a gift to a founding cenobite seeking a way to protect their home. Others claim that Cas ripped the knowledge from the books within the Vault of Ravens while Ojun was arguing with Dhualdir and Aznera.

History

The blade is a tale told for eons. It is said that Cas first took the lands wielding fire and blade with expansionism and power from Thaviel across Akun. During his final battle, the blade gouged the eye of Nuabu. When the bone singer was laid low the body and items of the entity were missing as the air cleared from debris. Since that time, the blade has not had a reported existence beyond rumors from treasure hunters, raver cultists, and questionable auguries.

Significance

The blade was able to remove the eye of an ancient dragon without effort. The blade was never once knicked or broken. The blade should theorectically possess some substantial amount of Cas' corporeal power, essence, and memories.

The eye sockets are filled with a pair of highly refined Star Rubies. The mouth of the skull opens revealing a handle that is wrapped in a bone leather. The pommel has a single chain hanging from it with three links to it attaching a Leoht Orb of unknown might.
