Drosa
Demographics
A mix of all persons from across the realm are found here. A large number of dragonborn & kobolds find themselves here in respect to Nuabu.
Government
The City-State is ultimately ruled by the Dragon King as he has slowly shaped the regent to his ideals. He primary acts as the first & last protector of the realm, primary lawgiver, and local celebrity. The more operation portions of the City-State are left to various groups to help lead. Some of these are governmental groups such as the Men-at-Arms, Dock Master, Post Master, and more. More cultural or social leadership is divied between the separate religous groups of each of the eight gods. To provide clarity and communication there are four monthly meetings for these leaderships: the governmental only sit down, the religous only sit down, the public hearing, and the final come together meeting for both the governmental and religious leaders with Nuabu. Essentially providing a meeting a week for most leadership.

Architecture
Most of the architecture is designed to accomadate an ancient dragon passing through the streets. Beyond the width of the roads being wider than any other City-State, most of the stonework & design is a mixing pot of different ideas & experessions across centuries and from multiple cultures. Stone is the preferred material used in construction with wood used indoors away from potential snow or ice warping it.
Geography
Most of Drosa comes out flat with raised slopes separating areas apart. Most of the slopes had been created by Nuabu and reinforced over time by hand & magic. Each slope raises the City-State a little further above the Docks in hopes of escaping more of the cold sea winds. After the Merchant's Gully, most of the City-State is uniformily flat. The naked eye can see until the white of the snow is mistaken for the clear skies. Though no particular rivers are marked on any map, Drosa has access to clean drinking water through melting of snow & ice, underground aqueducts, and elemental magic.
Climate
The climate is usually snow covered with ice on most days. The sea can bring in ripping winds that can catch the heartiest of sailors sick with flu. The land is snow covered year round with the sun setting for only six hours every night.
Natural Resources
Drosa has access to some ores, metals, and stone that is infused with elemental adaptability properties. Attempts by the Moonlight Ravens to encourage the property growing in other materials has marked some small successes but nothing to commercialize. Their current goal is to develop ice immune wood to allow for cheaper and easier home construction.
