The Tear Basin

The Tear Basin is the lowest tier of Akram and also the largest. This tier extends far beyond the core walls of Akram into lush farmland irrigated by the Weeping Waters. It is here that the food is grown for the city with harvests being quite bountiful thanks to the magics of the Weeping Waters.
