Ruffians

Frontier men from the Plains of Wonder who heard of unrest and robbery along the roads of Fablemyr, decided to band together and take advantage. The Ruffians roam all over, but congregate somewhere in northern Fablemyr, where they stage road ambushes and road robberies. They are crude thugs, coarse and uncivil, and are currently at war with the Celts - another Athyrian gang native to Fablemyr.
