Drawbridge, River Dawn, Katrach

Roughly 12 miles east of Wysepka lies a large drawbridge. On each side of the river stands two small towers, which the chains are linked to. Each tower contains a mechanism for the bridge that has 25 hp, and takes an three turns of actions to pull up, or down. If you just let go on the way down, it's either a 75%, 50%, or 25% of the chain breaking, and the bridge falling. The chance depends on how many turns you've spent safely taking it down.
As of the 20th of Ferenaar 1306 AR there is a total of five soldiers, thugs to be exact, who hold the bridge. 3 of them are on the side towards Wysepka. They have a signal they use between the sides. There is a white flag that they raise when they need the bridge lowered. 
To enter a tower, a key is required, as the entrance is locked. Each tower has a 10-foot radius, and is 30 feet tall, with three levels per tower. The Soldiers all sleep in the same tower, the left one on the northern side.
