Break in at the docks, help needed

On the 12th of Feranaar a break in occured at the docks. Specifically someone broke into the UMT's Office, and though they didnt steal anything the place was trashed. This break in occured during the day, and the members of the delegation where meeting their latest shipment crew during the breakin. The UMT went to Pavlina as well as Thurh and asked for someone to investigate the matter and to find the culprit.
Pavlina is the one who put up the board notice, for she was ordered by Thurh to deal with the mess and find whoever broke in. As she sees it, there are only two options for who is behind the break in. The first option is that it was a random breakin, which, though rare, does happen here in Wysepka. Perhaps someone was looking for money but didnt find any. Her second option is that it was someone from the Wierno Loyalists, who broke in in order to find out more about shipments. Though, she is one of the few outside of the loyalists who knows about the Wysepka hideout, and she prefers to keep it that way. So, she wants to frame a local for the breakin.
Pavlina would have used her own men for the job, but she needs to keep Thurh's trust, and therefore she has looked to hire private people to investigate. She will tell them that the most likely option is that a local troublemaker broke in looking for cash, and she wants them to find who did this. She offers to pay 5 gold per person, so a total of 30 gold for the job. With haggling she can be brought up to a maximum of 50 gold total.
However, if the ones investigating take their time and investigate properly, then they might come to find out that in truth it was one of the crew from the last UTM shipment who broke in. The reason this Rynkowskian man, Ulryk, broke in was because he was sent to investigate the delegation. He was sent by a rival to Sergiusz Hryc, from within the UTM. He didnt find any incriminating evidence, but he did learn more details on the slave trade. He leaves for Mytograd with the shipment on the 23rd of Feranaar.
Clues that can be found are as follows:

• The delegation was at a meeting, and there was a man missing from the meeting, who apparently had gotten sick, this was Ulryk
• Upon investigation of the office, it is clear that whoever came here was mostly paying attention to documents and notes.
• One of the men on the ship owned by the UMT hasn't come out from his room, because of this alleged sickness, but on the day of the break in, the ships runner boy, who was left behind spotted him coming out for once

If the truth is revealed, then the UMT delegations leader will thank the players, and give them a bonus of 5 gold each as well. This will also boost their reputation with the UMT as a whole, something which could prove to be useful in the future.
