Aincrad

The world of humans, dwarves, and elves had seen many wars and bloodshed, but finally they found mainly peace throughout their kingdoms as they built and increased their wealth and power. The dwarves, humans and elves had all separated themselves away from one another mainly keeping to themselves. One day the ground shook, pieces of metal began raising from the ground. Large chunks of the regions began raising from the ground some thousands of meters long. They were all rounded and rising into the sky growing closer to one another. One by one they came together one on top of the other all floating high in the sky way farther then anyone could of imagined. Again, the floating isles shook as more disks raised from them connecting all of the floating isles together to form one giant mass.

Although is was only but a small blip to the naked eye down below, on further inspection they could see what seemed to be a castle on top of this mass. With all of the metal on the outside and the castle on top it looked as if it was a huge floating castle in the sky. Although some of the land was taken out of the elven, human, and dwarven territories it was hard to estimate how much raised in the sky, but the experts guessed that around 100 pieces of the region had raised into the sky to form the floating castle. Everyone waited to see what would become of the castle, to see if there was more to come, to see if the people who was taken into the sky with the region would ever return, but sadly there was nothing. Nothing came from the castle in the sky for so long it seems that it was only legends and myths that the castle had even came from the land below.
