Sera, The Silent Radiance

Sera is the Goddess of the Moon, an ancient and whispering deity whose presence is felt in the stillness of the night, the hush before a secret is spoken, and the quiet clarity found beneath starlight. She is revered as the Silent Radiance, for she never speaks, yet all who dream beneath the moon understand her. Her voice is the hush of snowfall, the rhythm of tides, and the hidden truths reflected in still waters.

It was Sera’s silver gaze that first pierced The Shadowfell during a forgotten Celestial convergence. The legend says that one moment of divine compassion—just one tear of moonlight—fell from her closed eye and landed in the womb of a Shadow Fey. That tear gave birth to the first Lunar Elf, a being who glowed with quiet defiance against the darkness. For this, Sera is loved by the exiled, the misunderstood, and the shunned. She does not answer prayers with thunder or prophecy, but with dreams, signs, and subtle guidance.

Sera stands as a symbol of dignity in sorrow, of light that neither blinds nor burns. Her faith teaches that truth must be uncovered with grace, that protection can be offered without violence, and that secrets should only be revealed when they are ready to be known. Her temples are rare—moonlit circles of stone, often unmarked, hidden in forests, mountaintops, and deserts. Worshippers gather in silence or song, never speech.

Her divine form is seldom witnessed. When she appears, it is as a cloaked figure robed in starlight, with a veil of moonlight covering her face and silver threads drifting behind her like falling mist. In battle, she is said to wield Lunacalm, a glaive of soft radiance that severs lies from truth and casts light that only reveals what is needed, never more.
