Morram, The Evil One

Morram is the Dragon God of Evil, the final pillar of the four Dragon Gods of Magic. Where the others balance law, chaos, and goodness, Morram represents power unburdened by morality. He believes that magic is the purest force of dominion, and that those who master it have the right to shape reality to their will.

Cunning, calculating, and coldly patient, Morram was the last to agree to the formation of the Dragon Gods, seeing it as a means to maintain his influence over the Weave while enforcing the principle that only the strong should decide its course. Despite his ruthless views, Morram abides strictly by the rule of unanimity among the Dragon Gods, honoring the structure it provides—even as he seeks to bend its outcomes to his favor.

Morram appears as a vast, obsidian-scaled dragon, his wings veined with crimson light and his eyes glowing like coals buried deep in ash. His presence is oppressive, his voice like whispering flames and echoing doom. He surrounds himself with sorcerers, tyrants, and warlocks who crave mastery of forbidden knowledge or wish to harness magic to elevate their will above others.

Blessings: Morram bestows his favor on those who are ruthlessly ambitious, who pursue magical supremacy, or who dare to transgress moral boundaries in pursuit of arcane power. His symbol—a jagged black crown coiled by a serpent of fire—is hidden in grimoires, stitched into the robes of blackened clergy, or scorched into stone altars in secret sanctums.
