Tsizzenai

Tsizzenai is the regional capital of the Coronal Peninsula. It is a wealthy mercantile city, its influence assured by control of Delta shipping via the Seagate, one of the engineering wonders of the dome. This great chain of Celestite steel links Tsizzenai with Zeryskaia on the northern shore, and can be hauled up to entirely block the mouth of the Great Delta.
It has both a large sea elf population, and many in whom Kindled and Flowing blood mingles. Under the patronage of Civic Sept Inzeri, the septs of Tsizzenai are richer, on average, than those of any other city in Azeranzerai.
As well as the Flowing, the sprawling harbours of Tsizzenai are home to a large number of aquatic Hobgoblins, a sublineage who have adapted to marine living. This population provides a large part of the working class of the city.
