Kaiapolis

Kaiapolis is a port city, constructed by the Zeranzeri Drow to anchor the northern end of the great chain which commands control of the mouth of the Great Delta.
It was named Mizzenaia, but was renamed when it was ceded to the forces of the Argean general, Kaia Shadekiller. While the Argeans reclaimed the province, they could not master the mechanisms of the chain, forcing them to leave it in the control of the Drow. There is still a substantial Drow population in the city, including the Zeranzeri Embassy housed in the chain house.
