Giant Runes

Aiaosian runes are a variety of symbols with significance primarily for the Giants, who view them as part of the inheritance of Titanis. While many are simple linguistic signifiers, others have spiritual or occult meanings, are used in divination, or even possess inherent arcane power.
There are eighty-nine runes in common usage.

• The fourteen Elder Runes are a direct inheritance of the Titans and symbols of great power.
• The thirty-six Stellar Runes are associated with the major Constellations and widely used in divination.
• The twenty-one Meya Runes are associated with the Ordai of the Giant social order. The also form the alphabet of the giant language.
• The eighteen Petty Runes make no pretence of antiquity, and were created to define the virtues of the Giant-Kin.
