Robes of the Spirit Warriors

After the Ending War, great demonic incursion, faithless era, and then the first dragon war much of history was lost. Several orders rose to either find lost information or store what information survived. On the eastern edge of the Takaya islands rests a temple of monks dedicated to the study of the spirits and divination in order to regain some lost knowledge. They are known to be kind to others, but harsh among their own ranks due to their strict adherence to study and record keeping. The monks of the order wear these robes when traveling. They are known to bond themselves with a yoki spirit which in exchange for service after death increases the monk’s abilities and life span. The bronze buckle masters wear is always styled after the yoki they boned with. (Zashiki-warashi-Parlor child) It is rare for the monks to leave their temple grounds as if travel is required, normally, they get monks of the Eight-Fold Path to do so for them.
Tier 3 Magic Light Armor: 13 AC + Dex mod
While worn, if a spirit is bonded to them, you gain use of their spirits signature power once per long rest equal to your proficiency bonus. Requires attunement.
Cannot be used by chaotic creatures.
