Folcard the Valiant

Folcard loved to call himself King. His realm, the Talyria Dynasty isn't actually qualified for a full King-Title, but as the founding dynasty of the Empire, his wish got fulfulled after his death at last.
During his lifetime he Conquered several counties and integreated them into the state bureocracy rather efficiently. Also he supervised the finalization of the great Hall of Judgement in the city of Direfall, in which he instated his council and cemented his might.
During his late years, Folcard listened to the call to arms from the Eastmarches to defend Imaros from the The Incursion. He listened and marched until death took him, and his son Amery the Gallant succeeded him.
