Swifstrik Urchin
One of the most dangerous entities for aquatic creatures and explorers is the Swifstrik Urchin. Typically found in watery caves and deep lakes. These invertebrate creatures are incredibly anxious entities. Due to their soft structure attracted predators, they have developed a swift and startling defence mechanism. When an urchin sense something close by, or when something places the slightest pressure on their body. The urchin releases hundreds of shot spines from their soft shell that just as quickly sheave into their body, ready for a follow-up strike should it be required. These puncturing stabs can cause severe blood loss against less thick skinned creatures, and a number of corpses from sharks and other fish have reportedly surfaced with no external injuries save for miniscule spots on their underside that had, presumably haemorrhaged blood.
