Stilling

The Bilau people of the Highscar Isles have calendared an event that supposedly takes place every 640 years. It is said that a Seichen island will quake and cause the entire ocean surface to still. The Bilau believe that no vessel should leave the isles when this "Stilling" takes place, lest they disturb the beasts deep below. It is unknown if this warning is for the every coast in Agora, but it is unlikely that such a malady will take place due to the lack of evidence from Mortal War records.
