- You gain one unique property.
- Sage's Speaker. Your proficiency bonus increases by 1 (up to a maximum of 7). You have disadvantage on saving throws whilst in possession of another Opus of the Sages. When you attempt to attune to another Opus of the Sages, you automatically fail and take 33 (5d12) psychic damage.
- Ernest Bright. The torch naturally sheds bright light up to 10 feet. All creatures the light are immune to the Invisible and Charmed condition, all creatures have advantage on saving throws against enchantment and illusion spells, and ability checks to see through illusions. As an action, you can choose to raise the torch high, increasing the range of its light to 30 feet.
