Landmasters
The Highscar Isles belongs to a band of figures that have been dubbed the Landmasters. These figures allow the sailors their company control and revel along with the coastal city but still maintain a "Word of God" rule over the city and its visitors. They have demonstrated that they have a variety of methods for removing these wanderers and razing their cities.
